Several diet fads come and go, but people seeking to lose weight always step on these bandwagons. More often than not, these diet fads have several health implications as well as benefits. One of the most popular diet cultures is the Ketogenic diet, also called as keto.

Migraine is a type of severe neurological disorder that causes excruciating headaches. These headaches cause sensitivity to light and nausea. Consuming a keto diet has shown to improve the frequency of migraine headaches in some patients.

Traumatic brain injury or (TBI) can take place in accidents where the head suffers a massive blow. TBI can have irreversible, unexpected, and devastating effects. Several motor functions, memory, and personality may get affected due to TBI. Several studies have shown a positive effect of Keto diet on patients with TBI.
